This course taught me so much! It really helped me understand how much more efficiently all the body systems can work when your liver is set up for success. I was feeling very sluggish nine months postpartum, and no matter how much I worked out or calorie counted, I couldn’t lose that last 5kg. A huge thank you for a very informative 28 days. I am so chuffed that I stuck with it. I found it quite simple to do. My initial motivation for joining this course was that I was undertaking 'Dry July,' and I thought a general detox would align well with this. At no time did I feel that you were forcing me to make changes; it happened for me gradually as I learned how my organs were responding to the food I was eating.
Do it. I always thought a liver detox would be a challenge, but this was great. Enjoyable even, and it’s the first time I have been able to stick to anything. I had a bout of chronic IBS last year, weight gain around my middle for the first time in my life, experiencing memory issues, brain fog, and rashes on my neck. I feel lighter, brighter, no brain fog, the whites of my eyes are whiter, and the rash has gone.

The fact that each day's recording wasn't too long meant it was easily fitted in. Perfect for busy people! Absolutely! In this course, Dr Libby will guide you to effectively support your detoxification pathways via consuming whole real foods. While there is guidance around foods and beverages to avoid/minimise during this process, there are no set meal plans.
Can I do this course if I am pregnant/breastfeeding?
While this course is centred on helping you to enhance your health and vitality, pregnancy and breastfeeding are times when your body is primarily focused on growing a little human. Therefore, the course is not suitable during pregnancy. Because stored toxins can be mobilised and delivered through breast milk, we advise waiting until you’ve finished breastfeeding to do the course.
