5 ways to create more space in your day

In our bustling daily lives, finding moments of tranquillity can often feel more like a daydream than a practical possibility. Here are five practical ways to carve out that much-needed space, ensuring every day isn’t just full but fulfilling.

1. Prioritise your tasks
