Get to the heart of why you rush

Overcoming Rushing Woman's Syndrome

A 30-day online course designed to help you truly reduce stress — and its negative effects on your health — while empowering you to live a full, vibrant and thriving life.

Feeling overwhelmed by your day-to-day?

Too many women today feel trapped in an endless cycle of trying to do it all, juggling work, family and life’s demands, with no clear end in sight.

This constant sense of urgency and the relentless drive to be ‘everything to everyone’ is taking a toll on our health, often leading to burnout. Our modern world has created pressures our bodies have never faced before: immediate communication systems, 24/7 accessibility and the erosion of time for essentials like preparing nourishing meals or taking a moment to breathe. Even during activities meant to recharge us, like exercise, we’re often overstimulating ourselves with earbuds, screens, or simply a brain that has lost the ability to switch off.

The pace at which many of women are living is wreaking havoc on their health, particularly their nervous and reproductive systems. The constant rushing, multitasking and overcommitting aren’t sustainable — but there is another way.

Join this 30-day course and discover how to genuinely reduce your experience of stress and reclaim a sense of calm, balance and vitality. It’s time to stop just surviving and start thriving.

This course will guide you in three ways

1. Understanding the rush

Explore why you feel the need to constantly rush, where this pressure comes from, and how it impacts your body and mind. You’ll uncover the deeper drivers behind your stress and learn to recognise the patterns that keep you in a perpetual state of urgency.

2. Supporting your rushed body

Learn how to care for a body that’s been pushed to its limits. Discover practical strategies to nourish and support your nervous system, balance your hormones, and boost your energy levels, so you can begin to repair the repercussions of prolonged stress.

3. Stopping the rush

Gain the tools to break free from the cycle of rushing. This includes actionable steps to set boundaries, prioritise effectively and cultivate a sense of calm, allowing you to move through your days with intention and ease from this point forward.

I loved the pace of the course. There was enough information for every single day, but videos/reading did not take too long to go through, which was great as I am always very stretched for time. But it didn't feel like another big job in my to-do list. Every day I discovered new information to think through and implement into my day.

The most valuable thing was learning about the interaction of stress and hormones - I started this course being very burnt out, and throughout the course I have learnt that I’ve probably been estrogen dominant with low progesterone my whole life. Now I’m able to address that and have a clear path ahead.
